H. Joseph Macord Attended Plymouth State College and graduated with Bachelors degree in science\heredity and genetics\business. Began my real estate career in 1980. Owned, leased and managed, personal, investment properties, partnerships and LLC in surrounding Waterville Area. With location in mind it’s the gateway to 800,000 acres of White Mountain Forestland with beautiful New Hampshire’s Lakes Region only a short drive away. Perfect for starting a business and raising a family in Historic Campton Village Proper. Good neighbors and community have strengthened the knowledge needed for new and existing property owners to make educated and important decisions with their often larges investments. From raising our sons, one married with a child. The next generation grows with excitement as well as with retirement for those fortunate enough. Answering questions, providing information necessary to calculate these decisions is my goal for a better future. |

Dick Clark After high school, I served in the Korean conflict in the 69th Tank Battalion stationed with the 3rd Army from Fort Benning Georgia. After I was discharged from the Army, I attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. After graduating I was employed for many years with Western Electric (the manufacturing arm of AT&T) as a production manager in their telephone, cable and wire division. My wife and I decided to escape the metropolitan area and move our children to a rural location where we had vacationed for many years, Plymouth, New Hampshire. We eventually settled into central New Hampshire area for the next 20 years, where I started a building and development company. After retirement in 1999 we moved back up north and eventually settled in Ellsworth, New Hampshire. That April I started working at Alpine Lakes Real Estate in Campton. |

Steve Loynd I grew up in Sudbury Massachusetts and was lured away to attend Plymouth State University in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Like so many of my former classmates after completing my Business degree I just couldn’t leave the area. This year will mark my 26th year as a real estate professional; I call the Loon mountain area my home now. I’m an avid skier, golfer, hiker and enjoy all water sports, I consider myself to be incredibly blessed to live in a four season resort environment. Recreation and helping families achieve their goals of home ownership is a terrific way to make a living. I’m a problem solver and enjoy finding creative solutions to real estate issues. |

Debbi Ward After traveling with my husband Allan as a military wife, we decided to return to our roots when he retired. Both being natives and growing up in Lincoln, and North Woodstock New Hampshire, we have seen many positive changes over the years. I've been in real estate for 20 years and enjoy bringing buyers and sellers together for that perfect property. I have served on several boards in Campton, where we live with 5 cats. I served on the Waterville Estates Board of Directors for several years and also the Chamber of Commerce. I'm currently a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors as an Associate Broker. I'm a long standing member of the Community ServicelPublic Relations Committee. I enjoy all outdoor activities in the White Mountains and Lakes Region. Over the years I have attended 22 +- required classes and attend as many monthly meetings as possible with my busy schedule. |

Faith Clark Lincoln has always been my home. Growing up and living in the small community, I have seen many positive changes. As I have 2 active sons, I am very involved in the community and as a Cub Scout leader. A graduate of Champlain College with associates in science, I then got my real estate license and have worked in the Lakes Region with my sister/partner, Debbi. We decided to make the move to work in the Lincoln/Woodstock area where we both have so many ties. I enjoy working with people- buyers to find the perfect property and sellers to move on to their next opportunity. I am a member of several boards including the National Board of Realtors, the Lakes Region Board and the Community Service/Public Relations committee. |
