When I was 20 years old & newly engaged to my high-school sweetheart we decided to start looking for a home together. Immediately our families were telling us we were too young to buy a house so we should just find a condo to rent. It didn’t matter how old we were, our determination outweighed our lack of credit. A few months later we become 1st time home owners and proudly moved into our 1500SF New Englander in Concord, NH.
