A Well Maintained House = A Sold House
Posted by Joe under Buyers & Sellers Info
Thinking about selling your home? As Craig Proctor says: “Your home may well be your largest asset and selling it is probably one of the most important decisions you will make in your life.” Once you made the decision, you’ll want to sell your home for the highest price in the shortest time possible without compromising your sanity. Before you place your home on the market, here’s a way to help you to be as prepared as possible… Consider making a ‘To Do’ list of what needs attention. Start outside by taking an objective look around the exterior - as if you were a customer looking to BUY the property. Make sure there’s no trash, debri, toys, etc. It’s very important to have the 1st impression be a clean, neat, organized appearance - it shows pride in your property. After you have finished your list from outside and inside, ask friends & family for their assistance in checking off items from your list to help make it a quicker sale. In order to get the highest price it does take a little effort on behalf of the seller but it will benefit you in the end. For more tips feel free to contact Alpine Lakes Real Estate @ 800-926-5003
