With the overall master plan approved by the town of Lincoln the South Peak developers need only submit new phases and site plans as they become solidified. Sixteen (16) newly drawn Riverside condos await final planning board approval, and some will feature a new lower level walk-out not previously done in the first 40 units. Engineering has also been completed on a new phase of home sites and we would expect both to be released to the public (pending final town review) by mid-August. The installation of the Quad chair lift on South Mountain remains on track to be complete by fall for this coming Ski season’s Grand opening.
