We look to rent our inventory from November 1, 2007 - May 3, 2008, this allows the tenant a full season’s use and avoids the state of New Hampshire’s rooms and meals tax (8% for leases less than a 6 months term).

Many of the families we have rented to in the past have later become owners. This is a chance to get your feet wet (or frozen) and see if second home ownership is the next step.
