Wether your buying or selling, looking for market data and trends, etc. We don’t have any crystal balls here just 20+ years of solid real estate experience at your disposal. The New Hampshire Association of REALTORS (NHAR) published it’s year end market trends report which has some pretty fascinating information. I think this information is particularly of interest for those that might be buying or selling a home in 2007. While overall sales may be down the prices seemed to hold there own - especially compared to other parts of the State. Which is very good news for buyers and sellers!
Grafton County is home to some very popular vacation destinations… like Waterville Valley, Lincoln and Franconia to name just a few. This is a particular beautiful area of NH!
Grafton County Year End Market Report
Units sold (excluding condos) 932 (down 11% from 2005)
Average sales price (excluding condos) $267,000.00 (down 1% from 2005)
All indications are that New Hampshire real estate market is waking up… get ready the Spring market is right around the corner!
Statistics are based on information from the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) for the respective periods shown for the respective regions in the State of New Hampshire or all towns in the State of New Hampshire.
