People enjoy going into their favorite stores rather it’s Marshalls or Wal-Mart for example. For many people there is something wonderfully familiar about going inside a business vs. browsing on-line. There’s something about the face-to-face customer service and support, being able to touch the products and just getting out of the house. Thankfully e-commerce will never be able to compete with the traditional retail businesses. It would be sad to give up all that socializing.
