Good News for Housing Markets in Northeast
The latest quarterly report from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) indicate that condo prices showed resiliency.

Chef’s Receips from New England (Sunset Hill House in Sugar Hill, NH)
Grilled Seafood Soup
Ingredients
Broth
1medium potato
1medium onion cubed
3oz portugese sausage (linguica)
1 hot cherry pepper (pastene)
1 1/4 C brown ale
2 C water
12 clams
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Need a Lift
This is the view from the Tote Road Lift that connects the existing ski slopes at Loon Mountain to the South Mountain slopes.
As you can see the chairs go both ways which is really neat!!
