There has been a surge of activity in the White Mountain’s raw land category recently. I attribute it to long term family planning and some cashing out of the stock market. These buyers seam to favor the long-term stability of real estate. I see great value in purchasing low caring cost property with an eye towards future development. No question the land has to have something attractive about it, which is to say not just any land is going to go right out the door. The keys are close to a recreational resort, nice views and water if possible this is a winning combination.

I have multiple land lots closing over the next 3 months and I’m very encouraged by this activity. It helps that I am up-to speed on the latest development, planning board, and shore land protection issues.
