Timing is Everything

Specialist using sophisticated mechanized equipment construct our homes on a state-of-the-art production line. This climate-controlled environment ensures accurate work and no weather delays in the construction of your home. We will deliver on time, as promised.

Energy Efficient

We are able to construct our homes to a much higher standard of quality than can be attained using traditional on-site building methods. Pro-Fab Homes feature 6 inch outside walls, 12 inches of ceiling insulation and Low-E glazed windows that translate into energy savings.

Construction Materials List

  1. FLOORS: 3/4" tongue and groove plywood, screwed, glued and laid on a structural I-beam system.

  2. WALLS: 2"x6" at 16' O.C. with fiberglass insulation and a R-20 factor.

  3. ELECTRIC and PLUMBING: Homes are fully wired and 3/4" copper pipes installed. Ready for your 200-amp breaker box and your FHW heating system.

  4. ROOF SYSTEM: All trusses are lifted up and tested at the factory with roof pitches from 6'/12' to 12'/12', depending on the model.

  5. INTERIOR FINISH AND WOODWORK: A wide selection of kitchen cabinets, materials and styles available to suit everyone's needs.

  6. WINDOWS AND DOORS: Pro-Fab offers a variety of models, styles and brand names, available in PVC and wood, with thermal and Low-E glass.

  7. EXTERIOR FINISH: Your choice of vinyl, wood or Cannexel siding installed at the factory.
