Art Marks has recently joined Alpine Lakes Real Estate as a Sales Agent and is extremely excited to be part of a great team of true professionals. He grew up in Marblehead MA and met his wife while skiing in North Conway, NH. Although Massachusetts and the beach was home they just couldn’t leave NH.   Art, Debbie and their 3 children owned a second home in Waterville Estates for over 25 years; after their children grew up they moved to the Estates from Merrimack, NH where they have resided full time for the last 9 years. Their love of the area and all the activities are what made the move permanent.
