The main bar features 18 seats and the wood-fired pizza bar features 8 seats with both offering a different atmosphere. The main dining offers a pergola with booth seating in addition to two other seating areas large enough to accommodate multi-family reservations just perfect for enjoying their Italian cuisine.
One of the main features is the wood fired pizza oven offering some very unique flatbread pizzas, including "La Vista White", "Margherita" and "Pear & Goat Cheese". They also serve Italian & American cuisine with more of an Italian focus for Dinner nightly. Steaks, Seafood and Italian creations are just a few of the favorites along with other chef inspired appetizers and entrees. In addition, La Vista’s wine menu will be tantalizing all types of palates with both Italian and American wine offerings. With Seven Birches Winery right on site at the Resort Hotel, they are also able to offer some truly unique wines made locally. We didn't forget the little guys and gals either as we also offer a children's menu.
At Black Mtn. Burger Co., they are focused on providing the best tasting burger using 100% Black Angus Beef and with a variety of offerings to choose from, you’re sure to be happy you stopped in for a bite. The White Mountains of New Hampshire offer a fresh and invigorating playscape to enjoy with family and friends so Herman and Kelly decided to create a place to come celebrate a day full of activities and re-fuel with a good meal and libations.
The name was chosen in honor of one of the last logging camps which helped inspire Sherman Adams, Founder of Loon Mountain, to create one of the most popular ski resorts in New Hampshire over 40 years ago. Who knew that his job as "Walking Boss" for the local paper mill would become such an important part of tourism in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. So, keep on hiking, skiing, boarding, kayaking, camping and whatever else inspires you to visit this beautiful area of New England!!!
