“Mountain Homes at South Peak” phase II development sites. A truly unique offering is about 60 days away from being released by the Attorney General’s office at the State of New Hampshire. Once the AG has approved, we will be able to offer these under a non-binding reservation, subject to final town and engineering approvals.

The South Peak at Loon land opportunities are the last remaining vacant waterfront view sites on the Loon Mountain side of the Pemigewasset River.
All sites feature paved street frontage, access to Water & sewer hook ups and underground utilities. These sites will be under the same guidelines as the rest of the South Peaks’ Phase one design standards and don’t require a start of construction date in the requirements.
