A New White Mountain Event Venue!

We are excited to announce the Woodstock Farmhouse, a gathering place since 1890. This 7-bedroom, 5 bath newly remodeled New England style farmhouse with a beautiful back yard is perfectly located on the banks of the Pemi River and Main Street North Woodstock, New Hampshire. Weddings, guest groups, corporate summits, non-profit retreats, and more will find the Woodstock Farmhouse a gem in the mountains.

1890 – Today

At the foot of the Franconia Ridge, on the banks of the Pemi River, in the quaint New England town of North Woodstock, New Hampshire sits the Woodstock Farmhouse. Originally built in 1890 the Maplewood Cottage and Rooms were for travelers making their way through the White Mountains. The seven-bedroom, five bath house boasts antique farmhouse decor with its wide pine floors, rough sawn beams, and large farmhouse table. Set to make your gathering memorable the layout includes two masters with the first-floor master being handicap accessible and the second-floor master, a spectacular powder room. The five spacious guest rooms give plenty of options with five queens, five twins, and three conveniently located full baths. Gathering in the great room is natural with its charm. The dining room will make you want to linger long after the meal has been served, and hosting from the farmers kitchen makes customizing your stay a treat.

First Floor
Come off main street into farmhouse luxury. The open concept mud room, great room, dining room and kitchen boast wide plank floors and beautiful beam work. A handicap accessible master with a king bed, the riverside guest room with a queen bed, a full bath, laundry and game room make the first floor comfortable and flexible to meet your group’s needs.

Second Floor

Climb the old wide beautiful stairway to the large second floor with three bedrooms and two baths. The bridal sweet is a magnificent master with an oversized powder room boasting an antique soak tub, custom built shower and large vanity for your pre-wedding preparations. The two guest rooms are perfect for families or the wedding party with queen beds and twin bunks.

Third Floor

The third floor offers even more room for your guests with two bedrooms and one bath. Each room has queen beds and a twin. The riverside room has a great view of the back yard.

A Note from the Owners (Marcus and Heidi Corey and Family)

We are the Corey's and we'd liked to take a minute to introduce ourselves and tell you a bit of the story of how we came about the farmhouse. We moved to the White Mountains of New Hampshire from Maine in 2012 and absolutely love it here. There are five of us. Heidi (mom) adventurous hard worker, Abishai (14) fun loving and loyal, Hadi (12) the creative life of the party, Jesse (9) a wild free-range child and me Marcus (dad) the visionary people person.

Being the Loon Mountain Chaplain I have the pleasure of being a part of many weddings here in the mountains. In working with these weddings, I noticed a need for a "wedding house" or a place for the immediate family to gather while at a destination wedding. We never dreamed of buying an 1890's inn on the Pemi river but when we approached the owners with the idea of renovating the property back to its original use with a new flare, they were excited.

We love where we live, and it is our hope that the farmhouse gives a place for groups to gather here in the mountains. Late spring through mid-fall we will focus on weddings and guest groups, in the winter we will rent to seasonal families, and the shoulder season we will give back by providing a space for non-profits to retreat.

Our three kids are passionate ski racers, and all have the dream of attending a ski academy. The financial goal of the farmhouse is to support our kid’s alpine ambitions. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us we hope to meet you at the farmhouse.
