To date 22 lots have been released for sale as part of Phase II at South Peak and as of just this morning, the last one went under contract with our Lincoln Managing Broker, Steve Loynd. That equates to 22 pending sales.
We are less than two weeks away from going to binding contracts to closed sales, as the Attorney General's approval has been accepted and we are just waiting on the final paperwork.
Once the 22 pending contracts have converted to sales more lots will be released for sale. Things are moving right along!
