Riverwalk Phase II
Six years after its initial construction, Riverwalk Resort is beginning what
it calls “phase II” of its layout. According to The Colebrook Chronicle,
these expansions will include an additional 66 rooms and an “event
function facility;” This space will host conferences, banquets, and the like.
Progress reports and photos of the ongoing construction are posted on
Riverwalk Resort's social media platforms.

Riverfront Park
Separate from the Riverwalk Resort, the Town of Lincoln has proposed its own multiphase plans for a park adjacent
to the resort. This park would create a network of trails for walking and biking, restrooms, a playground, a skatepark,
an outdoor event venue, and several other activity spaces. However, work on the project has yet to begin, and no
updates have come out since the latest iteration of the phase map released in 2018. This park would provide an
accessible space for recreation and maintain a green space free from further commercial development.
